Winter Solstice Sadhana is held at a beautiful ranch in Lake Wales, Florida and although it’s winter, the weather is usually warm enough to swim in the lake and certainly to go horseback riding or just take a stroll. It’s a week of Kundalini Yoga workshops and White Tantric Yoga.
