Sat Nam,

Thanks for this article on change – very good points !

One of the qualities of the Age of Aquarius (2012) is that everything moves very fast. In order to thrive, we must learn to become flexible, agile and light – not only in our bodies, but in our minds.

One of the many benefits of Kundalini Yoga + Meditation is its ability to interrupt or break the continuous flow of habitual thought forms and old neural connections in the brain to create new neural pathways and thus creating new thought forms more aligned with your highest potential.

Grand Change is upon us anyway – we are either in the flow of change living life with ease or resisting and only causing ourselves suffering.

I am with you Patrick – ‘KY is my game too’ - it WORKS !

peace to you,

Haribhajan Singh

Yes, it is hard to change. Hard work. I pour my heart soul into it. K-Yoga works if you do.
