Some people hear the word yoga and instantly think of soft-voiced, passive people who are artificially calm and unrealistically positive. You won’t get that here.  KYBC is a straight-forward place for giving you information on how you work as a human being.  You’ll get insights on how the mind, body and soul work together through the breath and how you can sync up all of you to have a better experience of your life, the way you want it.

REAL CHANGE IS POSSIBLE

Kundalini Yoga is a little different than other yogas out there.  It is the Ultimate Workout.  Actually a better way to describe it is… the Ultimate Relaxation.  Kundalini Yoga goes beyond the physical body to the soul level.

Kundalini Yoga is basically made up of physical exercises powered by specific, powerful breath techniques plus sound (another form of energy like light) to accelerate your energy and neutralize your mind.  With your mind in check, you can sync up all parts of you, seen and unseen which allows you to use all of your power to become more potent as your real essence emerges.

There are thousands of kriyas and breath techniques… some as short as 1 to 3 minutes in length that are so powerful that they can change your whole state of mind in a really short time.  So you see it’s not all stretching and water dripping on bamboo with twangy music playing in the background.  In fact that kind of bugs us too.  We do like chanting though.  Chanting is cool.
